Super awesome staff in San Francisco
Hard to check in
Crowed seats not much foot room!
Amazing and punctual airline!
We travelled with our 1 year old and the flight staff was friendly and we were boarded on the plane quickly
baggage claim took awhile. lines were long at immigration
Come on. Give us some seat room. I'm not tall but my knees were against the seat in front of me. If you added just a few $$ to evey fare and took out 1 or 2 rows of seats and spread the space out EVERYONE would be happier.
Everything was cool on Virgins end in the airport and in flight but I thought it was strange I didn't receive a pre check in email from Orbitz or Virgin.
$30 fee for a carry on, orbitz thit not specified
Too many lies about the delayed flight. United is horrible.
Outbound flight was delayed due to “mechanical issues”. We were in the plane while repairs were madE. Total delay was about 3 hours, and flight was over 3 hours. That’s a very long time and no meal vouchers. Return flight also delayed more than 4 hours due to “mechanical issues”. Get it together Alaska, for the high prices you charge and extra fees for everything from baggage to seat changes, your customers should not have to be inconvenienced like this. I never want to fly Alaska air again
