Although the food portions are quite small for a long-haul flight, however the friendliness of the staff surpasses any criticism one may have. The cabin crew were extremely professional and friendly, and one in particular named Ashley stood out as incredibly sweet and helpful at all times.
The only negative is the ATROCIOUS on-board wifi service. Please fix this. Otherwise one of the best airlines I've ever flown with!
One stewardess was amazing. Helped me stow my luggage when all bins were full. Kind soul.
The size of seats seem to be getting smaller and smaller, but what can we do. The service was great, even with the slight troubles of having to check my bag at the gate due to running out of space.
Food was plenty and good considering it was on an airplane. Entertainment system was out so no movies or tv shows to help pass the time. Plane was old so no place to charge your phone.
Despite the pilots strike and runway closure at SFO, we landed 45 minutes early at Heathrow! Very pleased!
Could have better leg room
Small older plane, meant overhead bins were much smaller
A380 is a fantastic plane, great air that you can breathe
They let me fly out of America but somehow nobody told me once i arrive i London that my passport would be invalid (even tho it had not expired) I
I was late and missed my flight. I did get to airport 40 min before flight and had no luggage but because I was unable to check in on line, and there was nobody from British airline that I could talk to to even go on the next flight standby so I lost my entire trip money ! Crappy practices. Will not book airlines that will not cancel just the outbound so we could have at least used the return.
Truly need more room, better attention to the disabled, and climate control
I paid almost $1000 additional for a seat upgrade and after many reassurances that I was in correct class of seat, I was in a basic economy seat. Will never use again.
