Flight was delayed because a large group of students boarded 1hour late.
Actually did not fly ANA it was United instead even we brought tickets they ANA that’s why is so awful. Our seatings are all over map. To pick out seating need to pick extra even in the economy class. Sucks!
Co-operated with United, which was the worst part. United put me and my minors all in separate seatings at first, and many people had the similar issue. No cold tea. Bibimbap wasn’t even close to bibimbap. Not flying with United again.
It was not clear to me that the aisle seat I choose was economy plus seat on the website. So I never got it to begin with and missed an opportunity to select a aisle seat at the time of purchase. Because I didn’t get the aisle seat I picked, I had to pay another $160 to upgrade my seat to economy plus just to get an aisle seat on the day of the flight. Really unhappy with Orbitz on that.
This was for the UA 35 flight.
