Korean airline has an amazing flight attendant crews. I like their service so much. I definitely go with Korean air every time I travel.
Asiana never fails to provide 5-star service. Thank you!
The food from Seoul to Kuala Lumpur was not good.
Could not get wifi
very clean toilet with neccesities available all times.
Wonderful crew and very pleasant flights!
Best flight I have ever taken. I do not even fly well on a 5 hour flight and this was 11 hours. That is a testament to the great flight crew. A+++
Wish there were beds instead of chairs, sitting (and trying to sleep in) a chair for 12+ hour flights is a terrible experience. I would much rather be laying down the whole time.
My seat had no USB available, it was the only one I could see that was covered with a sign "not available at this time"
Delta international really needs to make some big changes! I really like flying Delta domestic but flying Delta to Inchin really changed my perception of Delta!
I got an email from Delta suggesting to change my flight and fly out early. I didn’t know if I can make it on time for the earlier flight. Delta customer service assured me but not the airport staff. Long lines.
I booked tge ticket through Orbitz and it shows incorrect last name in their system. The last name was long so their system omitted the last 4 letters. They won’t check me and mu baby in and ask me to call Orbitz and I did. Orbitz have my full name but for some reasons in Asiana system won’t show the last 4 letters of my 15 months old son. It was so much hassle traveling with this airline. The flight delayed several times and it was pretty bad since we have connecting flight. Also, we had to wait fot stroller which checked at the gate for half an hour. My mom was traveling with me and she needs wheelchair, we had to wait so lobg for tgeir staff to assist her. Very poor experience with this airline. The heat in the plane was too high, my baby and I got sick after the flight.
