The gate agent in Chicago took it upon himself to change my seat from a center seat to an aisle. Made me smile. It’s the little things like this that go a long way. These airlines that are selling every aspect and convenience of flying need to stop nickel and diming everything about the experience. Build a flat rate, many would be happy to pay. Upfront costs, let me check a bag, let me carryon a bag, give me a whole can of soda.
Don’t understand why my wife and I couldn’t sit together either leg, when there were single travelers next to each of us. Even though we were “basic economy” class, it seems like a little effort would have helped us. Thank you.
My flight was delayed due to mechanical, thus missing my connection. But Duluth personnel organized a new flight connection very efficiently.
Excellent flight Terrific pilot
Staff is awesome .. but please give me 2 extra inches in knees.. my knees kept hitting the seat in front
WILL THERE EVER be a time when senior citizens can get onto the plane first? In otherwords, can people over 65 board in the 3rd group - or people over 70, can they board in the 3rd group? I know you know our ages as it's in our profiles. And, Will there ever be a time when you start filling the back of the plane first? A
outdoor staff at the airport, need to learn how to use their badges to stop so much unnecessary buzzing at Phil airport. The noise was very high pitch and was going off frequently.
Baggage took too long in Philadelphia.
I was given an emergency exit seat.
They miscalculated weight and needed 22 people to get off the plane. How off can they be and why?? That process caused me to miss my flight. It was chaos with people getting on and off the plane while we parked at the gate. Just didn't seem this airline or crew had their act together.
Left hanging with no help
I was in group 8. Apparently I was the first customer to not allow an overhead bag - I only had an overhead bag- I saw others with large duffle bags ahead of me- check my back would not have been a big deal but it was so quickly pressured to give up my bag that I forgot to take out my expensive cycling computer in the outside pocket. The rest of the trip is now a concern that If I will find my Garmin 850 in my bag.
Horrible flight. it felt very dangerous
The flight was booked with a short layover (as recommended by AA) and based on delays waiting for a gate I missed a connection. The connecting flight didn’t wait even though there were multiple passengers, and we arrived at the gate r5m before departure time. Staff on first flight and at ord all assured me connection time was fine. I had to be rebooked a full 24hours later making me miss one full day of a 3 day trip to Europe!!!!
Horrible delay with no warning .. no arrival time or departure time update .. unbelievable service
I had to buy for the seat when other people did not pay for arranging the seat. This is so disappointed. No help from the crew at the check-in counter and the boarding crew.
I bought I ticket bit the did’n’t gave me seat. Although I said I do not want to volunteer they left me and gave me new tickets with connecting flights. I am so disappointed of American Airlines and would not recommend this airline to anybody
Thiis was the worst experience I have ever had traveling. My luggage is still lost. Due to the flight cancellation, delays and missed connections, what should have been a one stop connection has turned into me starting my vacation exhausted, miserable and without luggage.
