On both flights we got seats in the last rows.
Very friendly and helpful staff at United desk
No entertainment system on board which was a big disappointment.
Left a few minutes late but arrived 15 minutes early. Wheelchair people were very friendly.
Big up front seats are awesome!
New headrests cool
I couldn't connect to WiFi and I could have used a power correction but the service was great otherwise.
My seat was changed to economy without any notice.I will never use UA anymore.
No point in paying for seat selection if the airline staff pays no attention a severely autistic child running and jumping down the aisle and screaming for the whole flight
Could not board the flight
Lost luggage AGAIN.
Very Bad rebook options!! Horror
United needs to do better preventative maintenance. On this leg of the trip, two sequential flights had engine problems of a magnitude that required returning to the gate. No food for a three hour (total between the two flights) delay and small children kept hostage. United needs to do better.
The flight was cancelled when other similar flights were running. I rebooked on another airline in order to get home.
You delayed my flight 5 times . We got in the plane twice and we have to wait almost 2 hours every time. Worst trip in my life
I missed all my appointments, broken plane
