Great service. Plane was quite old.
Ohare is not good. The attitude of Jfk was far better.
“A “plus for allowing a regular size carry on, even though I brought a smaller under seat bag for. Short weekend trip. U ited gas horrible travel policy I’m done with them. You allowed my check in online 24 hrs in advance and got my boarding pass on my phone. Thank you! United did not allow this and has to get to airlport even earlier to go to kiosk, then has tenet a United nazi rep who then measured my tiny under seat bag, which was 1/2 too long cuz of the wheels, then has to pay $40 more plus felt humiliated by the rep unfriendly t of other passengers. And the ticket was $325 fie basic economy to North Carolina. Worst travel experience ever! So I thank you for ease of travel and no stress. Bravo!!!
Great flight experience
I make the trip from New York to Chicago for business rather frequently and Jet Blue is by far my preferred airline for this trip!

I’lll never fly Jet Blue again.
Missed connecting flight Lost time and money Had to stay in New York airport for 14 hrs
Terrible company flip flopping departure times back and forth and make people miss flights. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. Will never fly jet blue again.
American Airlines boarder all passengers without the pilots even near the airport or on the plane. We waited one hour for his arrival and then another 40 mins to take off. So unprofessional. I want my money back.
Initially got credit as refused to give to refund as not cancelled then cancelled eventually... staff on time hone Jessica was exceptional helpful
Flight was cancelled twice due to not enough crew members. No hotel accommodations were offered. Had to take a bus instead of a plane home.
Flight was cxl due to weather. After begging, re accommodated to a jet blue flight Tuesday. That flight was delayed because a “lack of crew” by 5 hours. Because of the delay, we ran into bad weather...got diverted to BWI and I had to catch the Megabus home. Worst experience of my life.
