Departure and arrival on time
Never got to watch a movie though! Was so looking forward to that. WiFi kept cutting out & saw 15 minutes total of Aladdin
Space btwn rows ridiculously small. I’m 5’7” and barely fit
Promptness of wheelchair assistance upon arrival at my destination.
Food should be included with united.... and lower cost on luggage fees
Easy access from airport to car rental to hotel. Comparable reasonable prices in all three. Very good flight
Long delay. Long wait for luggage.
Flight delayed and would have missed connection - had to rebook on Delta
The staff need to learn their jobs & quit being bullies
United seems to be bad every time I flew them.
Waited forever to take off - not even offered a cup of water - never saw a flight attendant. Man sitting behind was cursing and talking about inappropriate and disgusting topics - finally all the passengers yelled at him - staff did nothing.
United has become a nickel and dime airline with less friendly staff, poor inflight service (5 maple wafers and one over iced drink in a 2.5 hour flight), and higher baggage fees than competitors.
Ran to board a connecting flight. Boarded and sat on plane 20 minutes and was then told we had to deboard while they waited for another plan of passengers to arrive. Approximate time 1 hour. Boarded plane in one hour only to sit on it for 2.5 hours. Pilots thanked us for allowing them to have dinner. Then had communication problems which had to be fixed. I just did not like that we were told 1 1/2 hours and have it turn into 3 1/2. When I asked stewardess standing by pilots when exiting “I don’t understand how a 1 1/2 wait can turn into a 31/2 hour wait”. The stewardess rudely said “I am sure someone can explain it to you”. Isn’t this a customer service industry? Sure doesn’t seem like it. I was flying from Calgary to Cleveland. A travel time of 7 hours turned into 13. I only wanted them or expected them to be honest about the time of delay. Both flights had communication problems. 2 different planes.
because my flight was late i missed my next flight. I made it to the plane as the door was closing (not plane door) and desk attendant wouldn't let me on to seat in first class even if i paid. This was American's fault because my first plane was late. You should have accommodated. She was very rude and wouldn't help. I do not want to fly American in the future and will be telling everyone i know who travels.
First flight was delayed by lack of flight crew. Then when we finally got on plane, we sat on runway for an hour because of a low flashlight battery in cockpit.
