Overall great flight!
love Delta people are great
Add those displays behind seats so people are not so bored, wifi was expensive.
With limited mobility, seats at the back of the plane were not very accessible
Very nice flight. Super helpful and friendly staff!
American airlines is usually pretty good, but it can be hit and miss. Miami staff could have done a better job with boarding.
Overall good flight eventhough the flight was delayed by 1/2 hour.
The lost time policy need an overhaul! Its ridiculous that I claim an item left on a plan and its exact location. I should have my item. Ppl are turning this into rocket science and Im still fn here ready to take off on the next plane
delayed flight and many problems with no crew and no first official
I have never come across such unfriendly staff before.
We were never notified why was we so delayed.
Flight was delayed by 6 hours
I missed my return flight because of Air Port in Miami coming back..They said TSA was short staffed.. American Airlines. Staff on plane and for boarding did not tell you the truth. We were put on stand by with my 3 kids and Grandmother and staff acted as if it was our fault for missing flight when my flight from Kingston to Miami was 15 minutes early... How do you miss your flight and is early??? I am not a softy....but Customer service was very rude and acted as if we were the problem due to missed flight.... I know American Airlines don't Care... They got there money and they got me home 2 planes later right??? Who am I... Just a disappointed customer that was handles like Scraps trying to get home...Which got home 8 hours late due to broken plans being a domino effect... I know they don't care... It was handled that way and had to eat it all up because I was at their mercy for my kids sake...My kids were away from me in plane...I could not place them in their seats properly due to rude staff telling me I have to sit down now... My child that was 5 years of age was in front of plane when I was in back. Around strangers looking for her dad. Why did Dad leave me here...So tell me how you would feel about American Air lines... They got their money I'm just a number... Not like American Air lines use to be...
Flight was over fuel missed my connection.
American Airlines stuck my mother who is 76 yrs old for over 8 hours over night and no place to sleep or eat in a wheel chair
A/A Advantage member for many years and I’m still boarding in group 8....where’s my benefit?
