Thanks to the whole crew. Great people who seem to enjoy their work
Better than expected leg room
Quick easy flight
Seats on planes are still too hard to sit on with little room to move. At least these seats reclined compared to my previous trip on United. This flight was also not as full so we had more choices to spread out.
The service was great. I appreciate it. Here are 2 irritating things that happened- but it's not your fault. A child was playing a game on an iPad without earphones. And a man next to me was on the bigger side and so his body was in 'my space'. We couldn't put the arm rest down.
I am happy with American Airlines, not so much with Orbitz. No way to get credit for AA miles, you didn't ask if we had Trusted Traveler status, I wasn't able to pick seats on the outbound and almost had to sit separately from my husband, In future, I am not going to use Orbitz. Overall not as good as experience with Travelocity or even my travel agent.
The flight attendant handled a situation professionally
We lost a day of our vacation because they wouldn’t bring in another plane. They wasted a day trying to fix one
AA was not helpful. They made us miss our flight and acted like it was our fault Missed a day of vacation
DFW is too crowded with olanes--missing my connection because we can't deplane, no gates available
This was the worst experience of my life was trapped in a plane for 4 hours how to sleep in the airport staff were rude and unfriendly staff left someone's 89 year old grandma on the plane and her grandchildren could not find her well sitting on the plane they only had warm water to give us out of bottled waters which we all had to share absolutely horrible the airport in Dallas was filthy where we had to sleep very unhappy customer
I should have been home at 10:00 am but with cancellations and delays it was after 11:00 pm. I missed the wedding and the reception.
I will never fly AA again. They were all around terrible.
Ticket person was abrupt, flight stafff was just for friendly enough
All my flights with American Airlines were delayed. I missed a day of vacation. The airfare is expensive yet the airline constantly is delayed or cancelled.
