Wheel chair attendants excellent and flight attendants attention & service excellent ...yeah Delta!
Nice trouble Free trip.
All the male stewards on this flight were great! The one stewardess was sweet but worked up front. The headrest on the coach seating are somewhat uncomfortable
Great flight great friendly crew.
The service and staff was great. However, the seats especially in economy plus was very uncomfortable. :(
There was an issue with the WiFi so they gave us all $15 credit for future use. Wonderful staff.
American Airlines is my new favorite airline, great job from beginning to end. Very Very pleased
Seats are too small
Having some people check carry ons, while other grossly oversized bags and backpacks allowed.
I paid to upgrade my seat on my round trip. Did not set the upgrade on the return flight even though they took my money.
Not Happy hope return flight better or probably WONT Fly United again
should have been notified no food service and a lazy staff
I was flying with a friend with a ticket als sold by you at the same cost of mine. The United ground personnel did not allow me to have a Seat near my friend saying that my ticket was low cost fare! We arranged by ourselves thanks to a kind lady who accepted to exchange her seat with mine! Stupid people: in the previous flight from Orlando to San Francisco we had no problem!!
5 hour flight and more you should have tv screen
No pillows offered. Wasn't able to change seats. No blankets either. Packed like sardines and charged for everything yet I can't even get basic service I had 5 years ago
I was forced to rebook my flight when dropping my bag because I was informed that the plane didn't have room for it although I checked in the day before and even purchased my checked bag. I was told I have to fly with my bag so I can try to get on standby at 2:45 otherwise, I can try to get on the 9pm flight. So I'm spending possibly 12 hours at the airport, where Im guaranteed to arrive in Orlando by tomorrow morning. Not what I thought I was getting when I booked this vacation.
Very disappointed with airline. Will avoid booking American Airlines if possible.
