nobody offered us food or drink in the middle section of the plane. The cart came down and the stewards only asked the sections on the sides of the plane if they wanted anythingl
This was an Alitalia flight, partnered with Delta. The Premium Economy seat I purchased had tremendous leg room, but the padding on the seat was very worn down. By the end of the 12 hour flight it felt like I was sitting on concrete.
I wish the seats were a little bit more comfy but overall everything else was great for a great price! Thanks.
The person that helped us at the kiosk was very helpful
Very old and uncomfortable plane with breakfast that made me ill for 24hrs straight
Aircraft seemed from the 80s...
Worse experience ever.
Steward very rude and unhelpful. Cramped - lack of adequate leg room on flight.
Perhaps the worst airline I have ever flown. Fleet is old and rundown. In this day and age to not have any in seat power on a long haul flight is ridiculous. Employees clearly don’t care about good customer service. Also, after speaking to their customer service agents numerous times prolrior to my flight, it became clear they don’t anything about their own fares and gave me what turned out to be all kinds of incorrect information about my flights. I honestly don’t see how Alitalia is still in business.
I travel a lot and this is the Worst airline ever. i got charge $100 more because my luggage was 2 lbs over.
