WiFi did not work
Don’t offer rice cakes that are plain when I make special requests for a lactose meal.
The seat would have been intolerable for someone as tall as me, but thankfully the staff put me in an empty row.
The staff is wonderful
Great flight boarding with simple, the flight crew was great, food was good and my baggage came quickly. I would fly Iberia again.
The basic economy was no worse than the old economy service used to be.
Loved the seats and headrests. First seat I could comfortably sleep in.
Being a night flight and late ( finally away at 1:00 am ) the food service would of been appreciated at earliest possible ,eg fighting sleep! And didn’t realize had to purchase head phones so bit of delay in getting entertainment underway- otherwise enjoyable flight
It was nothing spectacular just ok
The flight was run by Iberia airlines. The staff was incredibly rude during check in and during the flight.
My baggage got lost
Seriously, the seats are way too small. I'm a very fit 5'10" man and it was very tight for me. I couldn't move at all.
Keeping the plane at subzero temperatures and having to pay for a blanket is insane
Kosher food was served, with the exception of some main dinner courses, completely frozen, even the water!
Lost bags and very unhelpful Would not fly Iberia again
Mile vouchers were issued did not match the passport name and an account had to be created with AA to claim it.
