Very nice flight!
Vert professional. I forgot how much I used to like flying Delta.
we left on time, landed safely, and were even slightly early, that's all I care about :-)
Food was good
Service was satisfactory as we arrived and landed safely
American Airlines is not my preferred airline. I only travel with them when no other flight options are available to my destination. They are notorious for poor customer service and communication on all levels as well as failing to show any empathy or understanding to customers when it comes to lost baggage or canceled flights. I never recommend American Airlines to anyone.
One missing flight attendant caused 3 hour delay
I tried repeatedly to get help from Delta staff so I wouldn't miss the flight because Customs was backed up and wouldn't fast-track me through. All Delta staff I spoke with refused to help in any way.
Flight delayed 10 hours for a 1 hour trip, plane had only 1 functioning bathroom and we were only given water and 1 small snack throughout the duration of the wait
Too many delays and stop with the gate switching. This has happened multiple times already
First and last time I will fly with American. Dreading the flight home. Could not use their website, could not match my ticket to my AAdvantage number, phone customer service auto-hung up on me because they were too busy, and the flight was delayed hours due to weather. Ugh.
How can I explain anything accurately in one or two words? The system would not assign seats at check in and nobody was at the gate to help us. Very stressful as I thought I paid for a seat. Never got an explanation. Drinks were only water or juice and flight was 1.5 hours. Staff was OK, but airport staff appeared fat and lazy. AA was my preferred airlines but it isn't now. I think they have gone downhill. Part of this may have been my basic economy purchase - but I did not understand all the potential problems.
There was no Washington flight.
