The usb outlet at my seat did not work and there was not enough space under my seat to store my relatively small backpack
We paid extra money luggage we had only one bag less and one bag more But they did not make together I upset I paid 75 dollars
Flight was delayed 1 hour because of weather but that was beyond the control of the airline.
I wish I could check In an extra luggage for free in my next international flight
Food was terrible and I didn’t get the special meal I had paid for in advance. Seats very narrow and guy next to me took up a lot of my space.
Lines a bit long at checkin, but that seems to be because everyone arrived at the airport at the same time. There was plenty of time to clear security and get to the boarding area. Especially because the flight was delayed.
Superb check in departure assiatance!
First time flying United. Definitely wont be our last!!
The seating is awful with very little leg room. I am 5'7" and was squished into my seat.
Our seats that we had chosen when we bought the tickets were switched without any notice and we had to pay over $160 for each of us to get the same seats. Very disappointing.
No water was offered during duration of flight except of meals. Flight was delayed, luggage lost, arrived 2 days late and damaged. Transfer at CDG is terrible. Long distance between terminals and gates, hard to navigate, no personnel willing to help.
Not enough leg room. Lufthansa’s flight I took last time in A380 was much better
Arrived in Rome late. Missed my train which cost me $56 in a ticket for a particular train .2 1/2 hours after original landing time. I had left time. I hate Joon airlines!
I wanted dinner served for breakfast (because I prefer a big breakfast), but the attendant couldn't accommodate this.
They kept asking me to move seats to a accommodate families that were together. I chose my seat ahead of time so I could be comfortable. Not constantly asked to move.
Received poor service at airport; had flight cancellation that made me miss a whole day of my trip.
we waited on the plane with joe movement and given wrong information about the cause of the delay. Later we had to get of the plane and wait for a new one. This also took a lot of time. I am very upset as it caused me to miss my rent a car servation so I had to pay more because they only had more expensive cars left and I still had to pay for a day I did not use because the flight delay had cost me 6 hours. also, because I was late the rent-a-car I reserved was given away and I had to take a more expensive car. I also could not reach my meetings for work. I hope Air France can compensate my for my inconveniences. Please let me know if orbitz will help me in this process. I am actually wanting orbitz to follow up and help me as I am a devoted customer as of know and would rather not look for another booking agent.
