The trip heading to New York was on an older plane and was very bad. The return flight was very good on a newer plane. I wish they were all so new and allowed the amenities of the newer planes.
Thank you so much
I wish the wifi worked but it wasn't anything I really needed.
Everyone at the Newark airport was awesome. I tried to check in using a kiosk by the door but it said a agent would be with me. I waited 20 minutes with the light flashing. Y’all need to rethink having kiosks no where near the agents because nobody came. Everyone who walked past me that worked for United just told me that they weren’t agents. I asked a sky cap and he tried to help me and finally told me to just cancel and go to where everyone else was checking in.
My screen didn't work for the entire flight - I had to look over someone's shoulder to see the flight info - ugh
Flight attendants were so friendly!
Computer system had to be rebooted and took some time to get fixed. We were updated though. Otherwise, everything was good.
Alaska airlines is very good
The seats were pretty comfy and seemed like there was a bit more room. It's not perfect, but it's an improvement and I was in the terrible middle seat.
Pre check TSA has not been honored for the flight. Seat Seated at the back of the aircraft.
It is clear that United has pulled too much cash out of operations. Planes were poorly maintained and several United flights, including mine, was delayed hours for this reason. There was no compensation in the form of better service or a little snack perk for this uncomfortable delay. What a nargain basement airline- exemplifies the worst of capitalism.
If you knew about the delays at SFO, you shouldn’t have offered flights and then delay them 3 hours.
Terrible experience, unfriendly staff, unexpected fees and restrictions, ridiculous delays, overall worst flying experience, not one of.
Service was inattentive-- Attendants on one aisle seemed to have it all figured out but my side even forgot to hand out pretzels to half the flight.. Often had to stop attendants as they walked past because they would ignore my service light. The flight was also FREEZING
Two hours delay no water no explanation no nothing
The black woman flight attendant on this flight (June 2nd - UA1257) was very very rude and made this late flight uncomfortable for many of us passengers.
By putting an electrical outlet between seats, they not only make there be less leg room, they make that leg room off to one side of the seat, so I spent 6 hours sitting crooked (and without wifi)
My seat smelled like urine. If I leaned my head down, the smell got worse, I think it came from the carpet. Otherwise the seat was very clean so I understand these things can be missed in clean up but it made for a very uncomfortable flight.
