Thanks to United they rebooked our flights very efficiently because of delays and would be missed connections. Coming from Bogotá, Colombia even as an American I will avoid Houston for Immigration coming into the States. This is the second time this year coming through Immigration there and it is a Nightmare. Not enough Immigration staff to Handle the flow and takes a minimum of over an hour to transit. This time over an hour an a Half. On the plus side United Saved the Day!!!
Flight was delayed. I like united and haveno major issues with anything besides it seems a lot of their flights get delayed a lot more than other airlines.
Never flew me to destination. Lost all my luggage.
My overall flight experience was terrible, I completely understand weather condition and air traffic delays but I was boarded onto a plane sat there for over an hour with no information being given then watch another plane going to the same exact location with available seats leave before my flight and was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. Once I was deboarded from the plane I was then told the next available flight was at 8:50 when my original flight set to leave at 4:20. I wasn't given any other options and I paid for the upgraded seating area and didn't received it again after my flight was canceled. I am supposed to fly with United airlines around Thanksgiving and I am very highly thinking about changing my airline because this was one of the worst experience I have ever had with an airline.
delay by 3 hrs.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I stopped flying UA years ago and I remember why. The flight attendant was horrible - rude, scowl-faced, and even put her hands on me at one point! The flight was delayed repeatedly and I had to change terminals. NEVER AGAIN
