Why don't the arm rests on the aisle go up? It would help everyone getting in and out!!
The United Flight attendants were very accommodating towards my young children.
Seats are a little small, but I will sacrifice some comfort for good value.
The crew and the pilots went above and beyond with their exceptional friendliness and service!
More assistance for seniors made available between gate and baggage claim at big airports like DIA and ORL.
Spirit did a fine job getting us to our destination on time
Deplaning and getting our luggage was very slow.
The seat arm between my husband and me would not raise up. My seat would not recline a millimeter. The button on the arm did nothing at all and I could t find any other way to do these things. The attendants were too busy for me to bother them with this.
Good thank you
Would never fly with them again
The seats were so small and no leg room. Very claustrophobic.
Flight was cancelled because their pilots went over their time. They did not offer alternatives. Just cancelled and refunded. I couldn't make a conference already paid for and did not get a refund door my return flight.
Long delay, air problems
Tiny uncomfortable seats. No complimentary drinks or even water. Paying for carry on. Staff not concerned with customer service..only as pleasant as they have to be.
The staff waited till it was time to close check in and then said I was late
Fees for everything. Asked to purchase a drink was told no because to close to landing (45 min) customer service representative sent us to the wedding gate when we asked what gate we were leaving from.
Based on the delayed flight, the *incredibly* uncomfortable seat, and the carry on fee, i will go out of my way to avoid flying Frontier in the future. Tickets are priced right, but all the fees make Frontier just as expensive as flights with more comfortable seats.
