Happy holidays for all staff
I paid $30 for express through security for me and my friend and there was no difference. I'd like a refund.
Best flight experience ever
On time and they did not screw any thing up. I guess meeting minimal expectations is considered a happy experience in the airline industry
Lots and lots of turbulence but captain kept us informed and did her best.
Flight attendants were really nice
Plane landed 15 minutes earlier than expected. Plane was not crowded.
Disliked delay in departure but the very pleasant staff made up for the inconvenience..
Flight delayed, little to no answers from staff.
No other flights were able to get me to my event in time!
rebooked out of first class. incredible indifference to the inconvenience caused, must apply for refund instead of automatic
Paid to choose seat but couldn't do it
Flight was delayed . Least they could have done was comp a drink
First class unable to use the AA lounge. Overall disappointing “first class” experience.
Initially Flight 2640 from DCA to MCo on 6/16 /19 was delayed 3 hours then AA stated the flight was further delayed then another notification was received it was cancelled due to maintenance issues There were no more direct flights from DCA to MCO until Tuesday. The options given were: 1) Refund & rebook 2) Fly out Tuesday if wanted direct flight or 3) Fly out of IAD at 8:05pm. Then the flight from IAD had a connecting flight 2092 in Charlotte and then was also delayed due to mechanical isses as well; a toe bar had to be repaired.
My flight was delayed twice and cancelled on Father’s Day. My father’s birthday was ruined after months of planning.
After being in the air for over an hours, with glimpse of spark under the plane, we were dropped off in Jacksonville, Florida. Then we were told that another flight crew was flying in from Charlotte. We could go no further, as we could not imagine arriving in Washington DC by 3 am. Totally disappointed, unsure if the hotel can charge for the first night. Have already started the process in requesting a refund.
