Orbitz and Frontier missed the mark when flight was changed and did not notify me!! 7 hours earlier is not a minor event!!!
Great Experience!!!Delta Rocks
The 30.00 charge for 1st luggage than 40.00 for second... that's alittle much
Orbitz booked me a seat and Delta said I had to call orbitz my husband paid extra for that I had to go to my gate and THEY moved me to a window seat 6 rows up . I flew down due to death of my Grandma.. don’t know if I will use orbitz again I booked my return seat at the counter The origin seat today was in the middle seat which would have been hardl due to my emotions
The only thing that made me unhappy about this flight was my seat was changed therefore I did not get to sit with my party as I had originally booked my ticket to do so
I did not appreciate my ktn was deleted from my reservation. Very disappointing
Seats not comfortable
It was Frontier airlines. Just the basics and no frills.
No assistance from Frontier to complete 1st leg of trip. I had paid for house rental and it was way too late to cancel as my sons & their families were already in Orlando waiting for me. My flight had been booked in April 2019 and the departure time had been changed 3 times before September 26th departure date. There we no other flights available to Orlando that day. If so, I would have had to pay a one-way, last minute rate if seats and a flight had been available. Frontier said they would give vouchers as reimbursement if this option was exercised. These vouchers had to be used within a specified period on Frontier Airlines. I wish they would have Cancelled the Tampa flight instead of giving those passengers our Orlando flight! I was told by one Frontier staffer (via phone) that I could fly into Tampa and then get to Orlando!!
Extra charges for seats & bags. Had no idea! No hearable or understandable announcement about gate change. Didn't get text on phone alerting us to check in.
My Frontier flight was cancelled and the airline offered no options other than booking us on a flight two days later, I was traveling for competition, so didn’t have the luxury of traveling on an open-ended schedule. The airport representatives for Frontier are 3rd party employees and of no assistance in these situations. Do not fly on this airline.
The stewardess was rude to customer that didn’t speak English.
