Would be nice to have a variety in snacks. One gets tired of eating just cookies. But don't get me wrong, they are yummy
new plane down, it was great, with a good wifi connection. plane return was old, wifi spotty, and couldn't find the USB at all with multiple attempts.
I am always impressed with the friendliness and customer service of the Delta team. I wish I could fly Delta for every flight u take in the future! You're awesome!
This attendant was rude
The only negative was waiting for 20 mins for the gate to open up.
No WiFi on the plane
Wifi didn't work
I was only upset with the wheelchair service to long of wait almost missed my flight. Waited an hour and a half in Charlotte
Interestingly enough Other people boarded the plane with 2 carry ones & a purse One woman had 2 bags, a purse & a 3-4 foot teddy bear They all boarded the plane I was singled out & forced to check one of my 2 small backpack size bags
I was charged $30 to check my Carry-On bag because the specific aircraft was smaller and didn't hold many bags. I was allowed through everything up to the gate then was told that my bag wouldn't fit on the aircraft and was forced to pay $30 for baggage check or I would have to leave my baggage.
Missed connecting flight due to their supposed paperwork error. Even though the real reason was the connecting flight was overbooked and they volunteers to change flights. So to avoid paying volunteers they held the previous flight for no real reason.
It was extremely hot on the plane. And not one, but two coffee pots were broken. It was a 6 am flight. The women who took my bag right before I boarded the plane was rude. I asked her where do I get my bag when I land and she said was “CLT”.
This was my third round trip flight in 2 months, and ALL had 2 hour delays!!!!!
due to late flight i missed connecting flight caused me 1000 usd extra plus waiting 2 days at JFK cannot recommend your aireline no help from staff in fact downright rude to us
I had an incredibly terrible experience. I finally got home after 36 hours of waiting, and only 3 actual flight hours. I spent a lot of extra money to get home one day later (Sunday) instead of two days later (Monday). I was only given and option for Monday, which was not a possibility on my end. Instead of flying to New York, where I Iive and where my flight was booked, I had to fly to Dulles and spend money to take the amtrak to Penn Station. Lines for customer service were hundreds long and extended the length of the terminal. Calls were not returned for hours, and in the middle of the night (midnight and 3:00 am). My bag was not routed and I am hoping for it it show up soon.
Will never fly again! Flight delayed for 6 hours, no other flights available. Missed our international flight and had to pay double for a flight the next day. Delta did not try to accommodate us nor did they care.
Yes! BecUse of Delta I missed my flight to Moscow. Thank you for ruining my new year!
