Check into Nashville airport & the lady working at the check in kiosk was so helpful and friendly, amazing employee!
all was fine
Beautiful day to travel
Staff a check-in counter was Outstanding!!!! Helped us navigate the check in using credit card with chip. The kiosk does not instruct you to leave card in ready not swipe. Your agent came from behind counter to help. Thank You.
No. Just a short flight on a regional jet, and it worked well. Also, no hassle in checking my bags through to Yangon.
Very helpful with getting me on an earlier flight
Amazing smiles and chill from our flight attendants
It was terrible to be delayed by 2+ hours without updated throughout the delay. There was only one guy who went above and beyond the rest of the United staff plus customer service were less than helpful
I paid for a seat upgrade prior to trip. Was not allowed to get boarding passes on line and then charged for our carry on once at airport. Both flights were late taking off and then we had to wait for our "check in " luggage" after a long day of flying. Really believe we should be reimbursed for our carry on luggage that Delta was fine with on the way to Nashville but United was not and charged us another $60. Very disappointed!
Flight was cancelled, no rain but said due to weather. Very unhappy
I probably won’t be flying American again.
Yes! Only half of our party flew on the flight. We left at 5AM to get to the airport, check-in, etc. to find at 5:15 that our flight was delayed 2 HOURS!!! We were taking our first-born to college and she had to be there by 11. The half of our party that didn’t fly on the trip went to United and paid $800+ to fly out at 7 AM to be in Chicago on time! So, one parent stayed back with younger child and the flight continued to be delayed another hour+. That parent, mom, will NEVER get that back- to move her first-born child into college for the first time. No money, no apology, nothing gets that back. Also, we found out that the plane was down for heavy maintenance and they just didn’t finish the job on time (per the captain) and “fortunately this plane came in and we could use it”. What if it hadn’t come in? No plan for a back up plane, just in case? If I take my car for service the dealer gives me a courtesy car. This is my 3rd issue w/American in the last 3 months and we are DONE with them!
My ticket was comfort plus but my boarding group was 5th!! Then inside the plane the air was extremely freezing blowing right in my head. The flight attendant didn’t do anything to make it stop.
Requested handicap seats on both flights, was told the day before when I called that it was set up. When I got to the airport I was seated in the back of the plane on both flights! I had to walk from corridor A to corridor E and almost didn’t make my flight, only had time to go to restroom and was extremely out of breath!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
We were stuck on the plane for close to 2 hours after landing with no reasonable expectations. Multiple delays on all stops
