Flights Review

I'm not crazy about Biscoff. Can you add Stroop Waffles to the snacks menu? Maybe you just didn't have them on my flight.

Great plane and flight!

Dec 25, 2019

Flight attendant let my son say hi to captain in cockpit and showed him around, very cool experience especially over busy holiday season. Thank you captain mark! Merry Christmas

Delayed flights were a headache but they handled it so well, treated us so well it made it ok.

Seat uncomfortable

Nov 8, 2019

I pay the extra fee to have my bag checked but it looks like some people just bring their bag to the gate and it's checked for free. I am a small person and can not reach the high stowaway cabinets on the plane to get my bag up there or I would just bring it on the plane with me. Why do I have to pay extra to check my bag while others just bring it to the gate and it's checked for free?

Before boarding when we checked our boarding pass the attendant told us to also get a pass for our connecting flight which we were not able to do since we did not have assigned seats for the connecting flight. We wasted a bit of time trying to do this

The staff members were all very nice nd helpful.

Our boarding and flight were delayed and American Airlines gave us sandwiches and chips for the inconvenience! So nice and thoughtful!
