Great flight crew on return trup.
United needs to allow a free carry on in basic economy. Other airlines allow a personal item AND a FREE carry on.
I left my iPhone and IPad at security and pilot went to retrieve it for me before we left Springfield Missouri. He was notified of my situation by the flight attendant. It made my day.
Pleased to see we my wife and I were assigned seats together
Seats ate to hard on my back.
There was a Medical Emergency on my flight coming into Chicago in the seat just ahead of me and the flight attendant was very quick to respond and had oxygen to the gentleman having a seizure just moments after it happened. I wish I remembered her name, as she did a great job handling the incident in the air until we landed shortly thereafter. Luckily, there was no one else in my row and I was able to move and assist her in caring for the gentleman having a seizure. JKB
There was a blind man that was in the seat next to me. I saw staff every step of the way assisting him, then notifying the next staff member where he was trying to go to make it a seamless transition. They were very friendly and made sure he got where he needed to go
ANA staff was GREAT!
Thank you American Airlines for retaining the free carryon bag in coach. I will no longer fly United since they changed their policy!!
