No space for my legs
The gentleman that helped us was VERY helpful and polite. We were with our baby and he made checking in a little less stressful.
Actually got in early!
Friendly stewards & pilots
Yvette was just great - very professional, yet very funny. Lorna was just as nice and helpful.
I was traveling with my three children and we were not seated together. I believe when children are under the age of twelve they should be seated with the parent/parents. With the world we live in today and the troublesome situations happening to children nowadays I believe airlines should take in consideration seating children with their parents. I am greatful there were people on plane who looked after my children for me. This was the first tirip my three children flew on a plane.
West jet delays were a bummer.
Did not like the flight delays and the crowds at LaGuardia
Plane was delayed for several hours even though the plane said it was on time. Wasted time at the airport.
The ladies at the gate were amazing. The seated my boyfriend and I together even though we were originally seated 3 rows apart
