Flights Review

Jun 10, 2019

My flight was cancelled months in advance and neither Frontier nor Orbitz notified me. I discovered the information 1 week before my flight. While Frontier was helpful, Orbitz was not. I flight I ended up getting rebooked on had an 8 hour layover in Denver on the way back because nothing else was available a week in advance. The overall experience was quite terrible. I will NEVER use Orbitz again.

Male flight attendant was wonderful

I flew with my baby for the first time... alone. Everyone with United (and fellow passengers) was so helpful. It takes a village and I had a really great one that day!

United really needs some upgrades as far as seating. My round trip was great as far as being on time and staff but the plane itself seemed dirty and old. I dropped my tray table to sit my beverage on and it was filthy. Looked at the seat next to me and the same thing. Overall, a good flight though.

Gentleman at gate when boarding was helpful with making sure I got my money back for a bag that I had paid extra for by accident.
