bathroom was so small that I could not get close enough to the urinal to pee because I am 6ft 4 madey for somebody that fiver nine
One of the staff on board was very helpful with my bag when I couldn’t get it to fit under the seat & he put it up above for me. Though I was disappointed with the tiny space under the seat that the bag I usually travel with would not fit. I have a cpap & instead of carrying a separate bag for it I that can get forgotten, I consolidate it with my book, purse items, snacks, pillow, & sweater in one larger tote with wheels.
Boarding process should be back of plane first
Since we can’t have phones on plane, we were unaware our flight changed. We stopped when exiting the plane to ask our gate since it wasn’t on ticket. Wish the gate staff could have told us it was delayed. We rushed to our gate and were in line for a wrong flight when we noticed it said LAS Vegas.
Seats were the smallest I’ve ridden on.
The only problem we had was arriving into Louisville, KY, it took the staff a very long time to get the ramp attached to the door so that we could leave the plane. We touched down at 12:10 am and did not vacate the plane until 12:50 am.
The attendants and pilots were great! They allowed my 6 year old to take a peek at the cocklpit. She was thrilled!
Great flight and very friendly staff. Comfortable seats and very roomy.
both flights departed and arrived even a little early.
We were grateful for the safe and smooth flights! Big thanks to the pilots!
