Air hostess United from LAX to RDD having a bad day. 1 star
They held plane to accommodate people stuck in customs snd were very nice about it oo
oldest plane in the universe
should serve little snack
Slight misunderstanding about checked language but the team was extremely helpful and we were about to take our bags with no issues
Free champagne is always great
No snacks :-(
I rated the experience overall positively. Staff/crew did their best, the flight was delayed, many items were out of stock on the plane, but staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Crew, staff, and passengers made the experience a good one.
I wish more considerations were taken regarding seats when you travel with kids. We have twins and I had to pay to switch seats because 1 was at front and other at extreme back.
Move LA closer to Toronto
