Very good flight from start to finish.
My husband and I checked in together. Upon arrival at baggage claim, my suitcase did not appear for an hour. I asked a United rep to track my bag and he (David) was very helpful. When my fairly new Travelpro bag arrived at baggage claim an hour after our arrival, it was damaged beyond repair. I will now have to shop for new luggage. Apparently six or more United Express flights arrived at the same time and my suitcase was bottlenecked in the carousel. The flight was wonderful and check in was a breeze. The flight attendants were very pleasant. Finding my broken suitcase was not the best ending to an otherwise delightful trip home.
Lower prices would be nice.

Which they have a wider space
Flight from St. Louis back to Washington, DC was better than flight out. Received TSA pre-check in, flight offered snack and drink even though Economy.
Unfortunately the flight was delayed by 45 minutes but that was not the airlines' fault.
My luggage did not make the final destination.. :0(
Would fly with this airline again
Anyone living in St Louis interested in seeing the sights in the nation's capital can fly to Washington DC in less than two hours. Several flights depart daily from Lambert-Saint Louis International Airport (STL), and the plentiful long-term parking makes it convenient to get away for a while.
DC is filled with museums that are free to the public, including the American Art Museum, the American History Museum and the Air and Space Museum, all of which are part of the prestigious group of Smithsonian museums. They're concentrated along the National Mall, a vast stretch of land that has the White House on one end and the Lincoln Memorial on the other. A number of other memorials are very moving, including the National World War II and the Vietnam Veterans Memorials. If you'd like to relax your feet, you can grab a meal or a drink at one of the trendy restaurants or bars in the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan, Georgetown or Dupont Circle.
The region is served by Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). The Metro is clean and convenient, and it saves you from navigating busy streets like Connecticut and Pennsylvania Avenues by car. Many visitors come in March and April to see the cherry blossoms and take part in the Cherry Blossom Festival, and they're usually greeted with pleasant temperatures in the low 60s during the day.
