Onboard staff was the best
Seats are WAY too close together. Could hardly move. Great staff except the seats were so uncomfortable will consider flying another airline instead next time
Well we flew on a replacment A330 vrs a 787 as planned, but we arrived in one piece, but not exactly as comfortable & the entertainment was 2nd rate, I pad we'e passed out to everyone.
I enjoyed my flight im pregnant and they took good care off me with a extra water botlle and a snack they where super friendly God bless
The seats were very thin with zero padding. I felt the foot of guy behind me under my seat
Premium class was very comfortable.
The most friendly and professional airline staff I have encountered in my years of travel.
Airline seats are getting smaller but people are not so that is always an issue
Seats were too close together and too small. Uncomfortable for a long flight.
