Very friendly staff
Nice flight and on time. Thanks to the crew
There was confusion as to how many bags were included in the fare. I had to pay $109 for a second checked bag fir today’s flight. Apparently 2 checked bags were already paid for in the return flight. Needs to be clearer language as to how many bags are included in the fares.
Flight was delayed an hour for weather, but the crew handled it well.
Size of rest rooms were bigger and more comfortable than any other airlines
Friendly and courteous staff
SAS Plus worked well.
I could not get a seat assignment even when checking in online 24 hrs before. Seat was not assigned until I arrived at the gate and plane was completely full, so I ended up at the very back. Despite all this I got a window seat and was not that unhappy with the location. If you want a seat assignment in advance you either have to pay an extra fee or become an SAS gold club member, both of which I was unwilling to do.
