When I boarded the plane, I asked flight attendant Nanci if the flight was full, she said no, but the only available seats were middle seats. I was seated on the aisle with people in each of the other two seats. Later, Nanci came by and checked her pad/device and offered to have me move across the aisle to an empty aisle seat where there was just one person in the window seat, much more comfortable; very gracious of her to take the time and effort. Also, Barb and Debra were very friendly and helpful when serving refreshments. Great flight!
My flight got delayed for 1hr 15 min and I got a $24 meal coupon. That was such a pleasant surprise! Turned out the flight was delayed again for another 2 hrs and I asked if I could transfer to a different flight and the Alaska workers were very very accommodating. Such a great experience. Even personally made sure my checked bag made it onto the right flight.
Gate and flight staff were excellent and friendly!
Very convenient check in bag and walk in the airport. Staff are nice people having a wonderful travel time.
Keep having great customer service
Excellent and clean
The crews always did whatever they could to accommodate our adult autistic son and my limited mobility. The early boarding allowed us to get seated without a lot of standing in the aisle, and the seat assignments helped us stay close to our son, supporting him.
