Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is located southwest of downtown Dallas. You can get to the airport using a taxi or public transportation. With 120 restaurants in the airport, you can choose from a variety of menu items, even healthy foods, before you leave on your flight.
Upon your arrival, you will land at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. It is located southeast of downtown Minneapolis. You can easily hire a taxi from either terminal or you can take a bus from Lindbergh Terminal. If you land at Humphries Terminal, use the Light Rail Transit to get to Lindbergh Terminal and then take a bus to the city. After you check in at your hotel, enjoy the rich cultural life of Minneapolis by visiting the Walker Art Center or taking a stroll through the rose garden on Lake Harriet. Summer temperatures are warm, with daytime temperatures sometimes reaching over 80 degrees and nighttime temperatures are usually around 40 to 50 degrees. Bring a mixture of lightweight clothing for the days and a light jacket for your nighttime excursions.
