Very good staff at check in desk at gate at K3 at Ohare. The guy working behind desk went out of his way to help me because I am a Veteran..
Please have seat belt extenders handy in the pockets so we don’t have to ask and embarrass ourselves. The seats are very small width wise.
Both in-flight and ground crews were great
The flight attendant on this flight was awesome! I should have gotten her name. She was the epitome of customer service!!
Everything about my trip was quite a good experience
Waited an hour for baggage
Eventually got seats together.
The flight attendants were amazing with our family including 2 little kids. It made flying with kids actually EASY (if that’s possible)!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!
