No in-seat screens for viewing is a drawback.

Feb 13, 2020

The flight from Chicago to Los Angeles was great! The agent at the gate that helped us with our seats was amazing. All staff on flight were great and helpful also. Definitely night and day from the staff at Los Angeles airport, majority of staff at that location were very rude.

Feb 12, 2020

Orbitz did not make me aware I was purchasing budget economy tickets when I purchased them in January. Due to that I experienced unnecessary stress about seating and baggage. Will be calling to complain

Speaking too fast over PA.
