Oct 6, 2019

Awesome staff and pilot

Aug 28, 2019

Staff was really helpful and kept the passengers updated with any information regarding our short delay

Aug 12, 2019

No free baggage checking. Had to pay$30.00 for each suitcase (total $60.00).

Jul 30, 2019

All the staff on board and at the gate were friendly and helpful. They seemed to love their job and enjoyed interacting with the passengers. These folks are the public face of your company. They represent you well.

Jul 7, 2019

Yes, flight staff had to move 4 passengers due to leaking air ducts/dripping water. Took pictures as there was paper towels shoved up there & hanging down. Not very good! Looked like Black Mold growing around top part of upper door frame. Plane should never be flying if: (1) appearance (2) safety-compromises health of passengers (3) obviously has been going on for quite a long time, hence possible Mold appearance (4) why hasn’t Maintenance fixed this issue (5) loss of revenue for 4 seats not filled (6) embarrassing situation that could go viral on Facebook! Not saying I would do it but concerned about traveling Mold Spores throughout the air conditioning system. Please address these issues as I am concerned about My Health. I work for the Medical industry!! Thank You. Kathleen M. Daniels
