Thank you for the efficient and friendly service!
Staff from Atlanta to Pittsburgh were excellent! Merry Christmas and thanks for asking.
One of the best flights I've experienced. Love the leg and arm room. Flight attendants were very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely recommend Delta and will fly again.
Had to wait over half an hour at the Pittsburgh airport for luggage.
everything was great
The only disappointment regarding check-in is that we had to google Virgin Atlantic's subsidiary and we could not pick our seats.
I wish I could have a seat in advance and not wait until the gate to select seat.
Returned home on another airline and was much happier with the Delta flights. The other airline charged for baggage. Not their fault but late afternoon flight was rescheduled 4 times before it was cancelled because of a broken window that could not be repaired. They did find another flight, but had to fly in economy rather in premium seats I had paid for. I was able to pay the other airline for the upgrade I had already paid for but got no credit, even though there were upgraded seats available. I know it was a difficult situation and staff did best they could but wish they could have at least tried to get upgraded seats equal to the ones I had paid for, because they were available. Added expense to an already expensive trip to bury my daughter, added bother and expense and stress at an extremely sad and stressful time. Delta made extra effort to get seats so my autistic daughter and I could sit together, she needs to be as isolated from strangers as possible and beside me, and I appreciate Delta's understanding and assistance in making sure we were together.
Got stuck with window seats that looked out to the engine, zero view every flight. Bummed about that happening all four flights, otherwise all was fine.
Crew really put in an effort to keep on schedule. Very impressed.

Located 17 miles from downtown, the Pittsburgh International Airport is the biggest airport in the city, and it was once the primary hub for US Airways. Port Authority of Allegheny County, also known as PAT Transit, is the mass transit system in the city. Public transportation takes you to the top destinations, hotels, and airports in the city, and most rides cost less than $5.
Pittsburgh is like any other city in the Midwest when it comes to weather. During the winter, temperatures can drop as low as 20 to 30 degrees, and the temperature usually remains around 70 or 80 degrees during the summer. Whether you like culture and the arts or outdoor activities and sports, you can find something to do in Pittsburgh. Some of the top attractions and activities include the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, and the city is also home to major league teams like the Steelers and Pirates.
