The flight from Atlanta to Baltimore had really nice flight attendant
Was not happy with the bathroom. I’m 120 pounds and I could barely fit in there
It’s necessary more care with bagagge
Flight DL1839 (18FEB) I just want to say huge Thank you to the pilot. He provided the best services that my husband and I ever experienced. The pilot kept us with all updates during the flight with details and helpful information. It helped people felt comfortable and safe. The rest of the crew were nice and professional. Thank you!
Good communication from pilot. Easy flight.
Wished the airplane air flow was better. Felt Claustrophobic with a packed flight and perfume/cologne smells gave me headache
Wish had more leg room in economy flight.
No tv screen built into the seat. Must be an older plane?!
My flight back from S. Korea seemed faster than getting there. While, the food was not as good as going to S.Korea, the service was much better. I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my flight back to the USA for those reasons.
Seats a bit close to seat in front. Seat cushions need improvement.
