Flights Review

Jun 13, 2021

Pilot was great, he aborted trying to land twice due to fog in the area, he proceeded to Charleston airport where we landed and refueled and waited until it was safe to fly back and land. Safety to all is priority and he proved that in a professional way. I was very impressed!! All on board was calm through the flight.

TSA ARE VERY RUDE. for a person that has flown twice since 9/11, 1st time tsa took my lucky coins, this time they were just plain rude! I can't read minds and you are scared to move wrong and if you don't. Over fast enough, they are just plain hateful.

Mar 16, 2020

Everything was great until I had to wait 35 minutes for the baggage to come down. Extremely excessive wait time for a plane not even filled at half of its capacity.

Mar 15, 2020

Good easy flight.

Mar 15, 2020

If you pay the money to fly first class you should be allowed in the lounge.

Mar 15, 2020

Absolutely loved the seat comfort.

Mar 14, 2020

Bumpy ride for over one hour.

Mar 13, 2020

Safe, friendly flight

Mar 13, 2020

Cost to check bags, plus no carryon allowed rule for my flights

Mar 13, 2020

I truly appreciate the help of the British Air staff to ensure that we were able to access our tickets to fly from Chicago to Louisville. I realize the virus and travel ban are creating very challenging situations for staff to work with and the staff member who assisted us was exceptional.

Seats need better cushioning!

Didn’t like not being able to sit with husband. When I booked flight I thought upgrade was for whole transaction not just 1st flight
