Need assistance to check on often
Happy with everything. Nice plane and staff. Flights were on time. Baggage unloaded in a timely manner!
They broke my suitcase with valet service
They were friendly and helpful. Mom is a cancer survivor and was not sure if she would be able lift her bag into the overhead and they made sure to get her things settled.
Way better than the experience I had on American. Delta is the way to go.
Poor audio output
I don't if it was tsa or the airline itself, but my checked bag as badly damaged and that's the only thing I'm unhappy about.
United's carry-on bag policy gives a bad impression. When I have a choice I look for carry-on free airlines.
I know I pick an economy seating, but you should really ask if we want a window seat or not. I have anxiety and depression. Windows seats make me less nervous. The whole time I was worry if I was going to get a window seat.
It was a more co.fortable flight than a couple other airlines I have flown with...just somehow seemed more relaxing.
Wish I could select seat. I HATE sitting in the middle!!!! It's not fair
