Flights Review

Mar 15, 2020

Had difficulty at the counter checking my bag. Turned out it was my associate the couldn’t find in the system. After 15 minutes, when they told me about the problem, I told them he was on my trip package.

Mar 15, 2020

Since the aircraft was half empty, American assigned individual rows for each passenger. This helped keep distance among passengers with the currently ongoing coronavirus pandemic. That was thoughtful of American. I hope they do this even during regular times.

Staff very kind!

The charge for being couple pounds over on our checked baggage is very excessive. Should not be a hundred dollars for 2 pounds.
