Newark Airport is stupid. I had to go through security a second time to catch my connecting flight from United to Delta. That was ridiculous.
Seats are TOO SMALL! And 30 bucks for one suitcase?! Why are you so greedy?
Bags were wet when we collected them at our final destination. Otherwise, everything else was fine despite our last flight running late.
Had Flight attendant Richard from Newark to Washington. He was awesome!
Full flight was handled well!
Fly has been a pain for years with charging customers for everything. It was very nice to select seat . Please consider giving your customer a free check bag. Some passengers are taking multiple large bags taking up over head space for other passengers who paid A lot to fly
All went well
The flight was delayed because we had to be de-iced, so spent a total of 3 hours on the plane instead of the scheduled one hour. Not happy with that but pilot was good and landed in high winds and low visibility very nicely!
The best of all - everything was in time! Thank you!
I like watching the flight map
Even earlier arrival then expected!
