We have stayed here before and felt like everything has gone down hill. I would have thought that during covid they would have stepped up not down

Feels like your in a mansion in a way….me and my family enjoyed our stay….will definitely come back again.

Having worked in the Hotel and Hospitality industry for many years, i felt put off by several of what i considered to be lack of follow through on cleanliness by the housekeeping staff. Socks in the clean (?) bedsheets, and clothes left in the closet from previous guests. Also, the sidewalks were not shoveled nor iced during the most epic countrywide winter snowstorm, which was a safety hazard. Third world issue #1; Rubbish bin that had the "Recycle" logo, placed in the living area, rather than a discreet location; better yet, for a Dollar, get a nicer matching one at Dollar Tree. Caked on sugar left on the coffee bar. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but i notice things that others might overlook. For the money i spent for 3 night stay, I expected quality. Not Bad. Thank you.

We didn't like the breakfast service. It's suppose to be buffet not in a bag.

Very nice looking inside and outside. Only stayed one night but it is very convenient and comfortable there overall.

Front desk attendant, Justin, was really pleasant and brought an added level of class to the hotel. Two maintenance staff that I came in touch with we’re also very friendly.

Good location for Brookhaven National Laboratory, room price was pretty good

They were very accommodating. They gave me an early check in and late checkout which was very helpful due to inclement weather.

Weird room layout but good place for a one night stay.

The guy at the check in counter told me he was charging me a $10 parking fee..i have stayed there before never once was i charged nor was there a sign anywhere showing the policy even upon booking . I felt almost targeted. There was no garbage bags in the pales. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor i sliped and fell.. wont stay there again.

Great hotel, quiet and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.
