It was clean, comfortable bed. The staff was kind of rude, when we asked for a 1st floor room. Older hotel, so you can hear through the walls.

There was no elevator and it was very scary in general. I didn't feel safe plus the tub and toilet was dirty as was the carpet!

Good location, in the hot springs state park! No Covid precautions. Old hotel that was clean enough.

The room was comfortable and the mineral hot tub and pool was very enjoyable. We also enjoyed their restaurant there as well.

Old hotel and needs a thorough cleaning. Had to move from 1st room due to noise and not clean due to lack of staff. Gave us a second room which was a little better. Manager had to run vacuum before we settled in.

The shower was very dirty. The overall condition of the hotel was dirty.

Close to Hot Springs Continental breakfast:( no meat

Staff was very friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Would liked to have some meat for breakfast.

Not a bad property, you can just tell it’s getting older

They have a great pool and hot spring jacuzzi. Free breakfast is nice. The best thing is the mounted fish and animals.

The property has natural pool spa from hot springs. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great? Location! On site mineral hot tub. Outdoor pool. Not so great? Breakfast is cereal or waffles. Not much else. The hotel is old so my lamp shade was off kilter, some lights didnt work in the room, the decor is definitely rustic. The dining room had good food but terrible service. Also, if you take offense to stuffed dead animals, avoid the dining room.

This is an older Day's Inn so expect a bit of a retro feel. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but I can't complain due to the great rate. The free breakfast is pretty typical for most hotels so that's a plus. The property has their own swimming pool and hot tub and is actually located inside Hot Springs Park. In the park property, you will find a large swimming pool filled by the mineral hot springs, a buffalo meadow where you can drive your car inside and see the buffalo (dusk is best). There is also a suspension bridge for foot traffic where you can get a great view of the minerals left behind as the hot springs flow into the Bighorn/Wind River.

The property is in decline. Paint peeling on exterior trim etc

Loved it. Thank you. We felt so welcomed. My granddaughter loved the pool.

Excellent stay so very happy. Nice room and great area. Good bar.
