Outside water park is shut down and the indoor water park has limited hours due to them not having enough staff. Outside the property looked very run down, garbage cans were also overflowing along with bags of garbage next to them. I have now canceled my future trip/visit there.

Location was good for what we were there for. This place is really old and not kept up. The exit sign when we walked in at entrance 5 was dangling down. The beds were horrible. Had a horrible nights sleep as did my kids who never complain about beds. The indoor water park was ok but needs some updates.

Nothing

Was able to blast my music. Property had strong smell of Marijuana

I LIKE NOTHING ABOUT IT. IT WAS DIRTY. IT WAS SMELLY. IT HAD BAD SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK AT NIGHT.

We stayed here about a year ago. Last year there was the ability to use the waterpark. This year we found out after we got there and had already paid that the waterpark wouldn't be open until 24 hours after checking in. The place has really been let go which may be in part due to covid but that can't be the excuse for everything. Very disappointed and we agreed that we will more than likely not be back. Our balcony had cigarettes, beer bottles and glasses left on it. We had to ask for sheets for a very stained pull out bed for our kids. We know that this has become a budget type place and that it wouldn't compare to some of the newer resorts but we were ok with it due to our kids being little. The fact that the little pool wasn't even running like normal for our kids was almost enough to just walk away. If it wasn't for our kids being too little to understand this would have been one of the worst trips I had ever been on. We paid for a waterpark resort and got a hotel with a pool that we could have done at a Super8 for half the price. Thank God we were able to go out to some other places around town to keep our minds off of the disappointment this place was this time around after such a great visit the 1st time.

it was a nice place to relax. only downfall was the kids running up the hall

great location, just needs some updating.for the price you pay ..its reasonable

Dirty rooms was just gross Small tv and hard beds feels like your sleeping on a box spring

Our room was dirty and outdated. Both sets of bedsheets had blood stains on them. There were no dishes or supplies in the kitchenette, just a roll of paper towels and one disposable coffee cup. Half the outlets didn’t work or were so worn out, our phone chargers just fell out of the socket. The TVs were very old and made a high pitch noise when turned on. That was just the room. The hotel itself is very run down from the outside. We arrived at night and there were no lights at the entrance. The inside lobby looks as if it has been updated this decade. However, the hallway to our sweet was dark and dingy. My kids were actually scared. I called weeks before our trip to confirm the water park areas were operating because of Covid-19. I was told the indoor pools were open and the outside area would be open by July 1st. When we stayed (mid July), the indoor pools were open (water looked dirty and splash features were not operating) but the outside looked like it had not been open in quite sometime. We had a National Lampoon’s Vacation moment when we were all suited and sunblocked, excited for a day in the lazy river and then shocked at what we saw. The water was green and had garbage and wildlife in the swimming pools. The outdoor grill was a ghost town. Chairs were thrown everywhere and in piles. There is a separate activity fee charged per person per day that I will be disputing. It was probably a really great resort in the 80s. Today, I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

I booked into the Polynesian for 3 days and had to cancel two of them. Cleanliness was not an issue, the room was clean, the staff (the few that I saw) was friendly but the beds were terrible. I would have asked for a refund of the single night if it were not for the fact that I had already checked in before recognizing the problem. Someone would have to have a pretty strong back and shoulders to have gotten a good nights sleep on both beds as you could feel the springs underneath your body. Plus they had not advertised that their water park was not open and still charged me a resort fee for a small wading pool and the arcade since these were their only activities?? My pre-teen and teenage grand daughters were very disappointed.

Very nice place to stay. Took 7 kids and they had a blast

I like the fact that pools are open until 11 pm and the kids like the slides

I had a nice newly remodeled room, close to the front desk. Pool area was clean, service was great!
