The pool is on the 4th floor! This gave a nice view. The room was clean. The biggest issue we had was with staff. Clerk was not friendly at check in. There were no towels in the pool area. When we went to ask for towels, we were told they didn't have any (blamed on previous shift "not doing anything") and told to come back in the morning. At checkout we waited at the counter several minutes for service, but could see staff sitting on a table in the other room even after they clearly saw us and made eye contact. Breakfast was ok but juice machine was not dispensing juice.

Beds were pretty new condition. Extremely comfortable.

We really like the pool area with the hot tub and the window wall. It is a way to escape the winter.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean the pool area was. The property is currently going through some renovations, but we were very happy with what it had to offer.

Our room was clean. The only staff we saw were friendly. The hotel is run down and dated. There was a horrible smell in the hall on our floor which only became worse overnight. Would definitely not stay here again.

Really nice room , staff friendly , quiet , special price ,ill come back next time ... The time we stayed there was not wrong

Comfortable, great pool, great breakfast.friendly staff. Will stay there again!!

I made a reservation for a Friday night, finding out that I needed to stay an extra night, I called and was quoted a rate ($73 I believe) for the extra night. When I went in to check-in I was told that there was no reservations made under my name. They kept checking and found out their employee made it for Sunday night not Saturday night like I needed. They said they could try and accommodate me, it would only cost $199 for the night vs the $73 I was quoted. I've stayed at $199 a night hotels, this isn't one of them, especially when you almost have to step into the shower to be able to close the door. I didn't have to, but if I was bigger I bet I would have had to. I stayed at Devil's Head resort the second night, cheaper and more room

There description says there is a Waterpark, but there isn't. Breakfast is very poor for a Clarion. The staff made 2 billing errors, that I'm awaiting credits for.

Close to Circus World museum aND down the street from Wisconsin Dells.

Good location if you cannot stay directly in Wisconsin Dells or if you want to be between the Dells and HoChunk casino. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Really enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on April 17 & 18. I realized I left my phone in the room when I got home in Illinois on the 19th and called immediately. I talked with a woman who assured me the phone would be mailed out Monday and the charge would be credited to my bank card. Friday came no phone, another phone call, different woman. She had to reseach it and found it had never been sent out but assured me it would go out on Monday. Saturday, a week later, no phone called again and talked with the General Manager who didn't know anything about it but would get back with me no return call. Monday called again and talked with the General Manager, he said the phone was mailed out on Friday and he took money out of his own pocket to mail it. Yeah! My phone arrived 15 days after leaving it there. Box was postmarked with a $5.95 charge. Wednesday bank shows an $8.95 charge. Worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel, will not be back. Toilet flushing was extremely noisy in room 301. Staff and food in adjoining restraunt was fantastic, great selection in both food and bar.

This hotel is a good value. It is one of the better hotels in the area and offers a good amount of services.

Staff was helpful. Room comfortable but needs new mattresses. Facility needs some TLC. Not up to date.

It was a good stop. Really comfy beds, plenty outlets for various gadgets to recharge in. Love the table, chair and mini-fridge. The whirl pool, steam room, and pool were nice as well.

One of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Room was immaculate. King size bed was very comfortable; no sagging mattress here! Had an in room refrig. which wasn't listed as being included but was nice. Shower had a high shower head which was great as I'm a tall person. Whole hotel was clean and quiet. Very happy with our stay.

Very professional staff giving a feeling of luxury and comfort with ease. Rooms need to add microwaves and refrigerator. Other than that it's awesome stay for the price. The baby crib was very comfortable for the baby.

We had to pay for fridge and microwave to be in the room. Also had to pay an additional 100.00 for the dog to be there. And my reservation was to be for a dog friendly room. Hallways were hot and pool area was very strong with chlorine smell. Breakfast was good but the hours for service were to early in the morning for people being on vacation.
