Great place. Was very surprised how nice it was.

We stayed for a few nights for a fall vacation, and we were very happy staying here. The property is older but obviously updated recently, and very comfortable. There are a few signs of wear-and-tear, and the bathroom was small and had some rust/caulk spots, but we didn't mind. All of the plumbing worked just fine! We also liked that the sink and vanity are just outside the shower/toilet bathroom, so you can still do makeup or use the sink when someone is in the bathroom. Room was large, hardwood flooring was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, and TV was big. Lots of drawers and storage. All in all, a nice, chill, comfy stay!

The room was very dirty. Long hairs in the bathroom. The tub had grime on it. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or the bathroom floor swept. The staff when we left wasn’t rude but she was by far pleasant. As convenient as it was to Busch Gardens we wouldn’t stay there again.

I felt for the price our stay was very quality. It was quiet and the room was clean. The parking was easy and it’s incredibly convenient to Busch Gardens.

They picked up our towels and didn’t replace with new. Front deck made an excuse instead of saying sorry and giving us the towels needed. Beds were worn out and not comfortable. Bathroom dated rough drywall repairs throughout. Not worth the money.

The bathroom tub had a lot on soap scum and some damage in the ceiling. The room was much smaller than it looks vs the pictures. Which is okay. We were there to go to the parks. The “continental breakfast “ was a paper bag full with snacks from the dollar store and a apple. Same bag for both mornings. I know there is COVID but I have been to other hotels recently and had a fabulous breakfast. Which would have been nice to start the day with instead of getting dressed and worrying about what to feed the kids.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but when it came to the room....that was disappointing. There was hair in the bathroom, food on the bed, a PILL on the floor, trash behind the chair, and 2 metal rods sticking out from the bed. Not to mention the outlets that have been pulled from the wall, the non working elevators and the lackluster brown bag breakfast. The room was gross enough for us to go to target across the street and get new sheets and bleach cleaner as it was apprent it hadnt been cleaned well.

We didn't like the smell of pot though out our floor, and none of the drink machines were in working order. Some of that was in the guests hands and the soda machine supply.

It was conveniently close to the theme park and water park we were visiting.

The property location is five minutes away from Bush Gardens (great location). Be patient with high school kids running around in the hallways until midnight or 1am, the hotel staff dont reinforce quiet hours.

These rooms are nothing like what is shown in the photo, at least our room was not. I have stayed in nicer looking econo lodges. Our room was not cleaned daily and most of the room was in disrepair. Window in our room was cracked from the outside and overall upkeep of the facility led a lot to be desired.

Great free breakfast buffet with wonderful staff, but I found a bug in my eggs, and the coffee was very weak.

Great value and location. Loved the hot breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great condition overall except rips in multiple spots in furniture. Towels were too thin and scratchy. Definitely recommend!

Very well located, close to Busch Graden. Some problems with hot water. The hotel needs a deep clean.

Excellent location, great breakfast Available snacks could be improved

Unfortunately due to Covid 19, housekeeping does not go into rooms while the guests are checked in. This keeps our staff safe as well as providing a safe environment for the guest. Towels are picked up and then replaced by the front desk. If this was not made clear to you at check in we deeply apologise. We are currently undergoing updates on walls, bathrooms, and room decor however we are not completely updated yet and apologise for the inconvenience it may have caused.
