We enjoyed it

I liked the rooms, very large and clean. Only issue I had is I had to go to the club house everyday to get a temporary parking pass until the person who issues them was available.

The parking was an issue.

I didn't like how the walls were filthy. Bad mattresses for sleeping you pay so much for a resort stay and you get motel vibes. We had to come in an clean the bathrooms, foul odor walkin in and the floors were nasty. When pulling out the sofa bed there were chips and cookie wrappers on thw inside therefore i know they don't clean.

Parking was slightly inconvenient: If you have more than 2 vehicles, one must park in an overflow lot.

Loved the layout of the property, the design, cleanliness and the amenities!

Our electronic keys did not work when we arrived, apparently because the apparatus on the door was dirty. They sent maintenance over right away (on Thanksgiving Day) and the problem was fixed within 15 minutes.

We had a great stay. One issue that was a surprise was the 100.00 fee charged for security. I was told on a debit card it may take 7 to 10 days to return. That’s okay but it should not be a surprise to the guest. Otherwise, very nice facility!

Parking is a problem. Grounds had some litter here and there. The room was clean and had what we needed. The chain in the door had been installed upside down so it was useless but since we were on the top floor there wasn’t a lot of hallway traffic to be concerned with. Only an overnight so I did not experience the amenities. It was a rainy dsy and st check-in you could see the pool area and it was packed!

Everything was Great. I highly recommend for families.

Very nice accommodation. Room was very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen utensils and dish ware needed to take advantage of the full size kitchen. The on-site water park/pool was a nice addition to the facility property. Very quiet for the most part especially at night. The ony hiccup was in the morning when other guest are checking out and the grass and maintenance crew start work can it get a little noisy. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely book again.

Condo layout was perfect with two bedrooms and two baths for our recent trip to Williamsburg. Very clean unit. Master bath included separate water closet, vanity area with bench, very large shower w/bench and extra jets. I really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was well equipped with starter coffee, tide, dishwashing detergent, paper towel roll and dishwasher tablets. We did not get a chance to check out other amenities like the pool (looked great). One afternoon they had a portable rock climbing wall setup by the pool. The place was packed while we were there but it was quiet and not at all loud.

I would not recommend this hotel. It's pretty on the outside but dirty inside. I was moved to 3 different rooms before finding a semi clean room. First room: dirt ring and hair in sink; huge blood and pee stain on mattress pad in master bedroom . Second room: pee stain on mattress in master bedroom, blood stains on sofa bed mattress. Third room: dusty furniture, major fire hazard of lint trap in dryer filled with lint and trash left in dryer, chain lock broken, safe locked in room upon arrival. Pet friendly hotel where dog was swimming in pool. You have to jump through hoops to get management to assist you for their incompetency. Worst place I've ever stayed!

Ease of check in, pleasant staff, not disturbed by staff or neighbors. Appreciated being on the first floor. Atmosphere mace fro a great holiday trip. Would come back again.
