Good location and great staffs

Very cute hotel. A little run down, needs some revamping, but still we had no complaints. Staff was very sweet on arrival, let us check in 2 hours early. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice, but the strong smell of chlorine made us leave the pool area twice. All in all, I’d stay here again, it was budget friendly and we liked it!!

Staff friendly. Room was ok…smelled clean, clean sheets, clean floor…shower tiles needed bleach…moldy on tiles. The indoor pull was just nasty. My eyes burned of the bleach smell the moment you walked in there, I noticed one of the air vents weren’t on, I stepped into the pool knee high in the steps and it was cold so I didn’t get in fully-the water seemed a bit cloudy-lots if people in it-when I got out and sat down my legs up to my knees were full of white dirty film…kinda gross.

Hotel was clean, and staff was nice.

Staff very friendly, very clean, a little low on the in-room amenities and room a bitvtoo small for 4 people, but overall a great experience. Could have gone without the fire alarm at 10:30 pm though.

This is a solid 3 stars. Nice clean rooms, but not fancy at all. Comfy bed and great linens. Try not to get near the elevators. They are really noisy at night. I had to run the AC unit pretty high to be able to sleep. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is adequate but in need of an update and cleaning, especially the carpets. My partner and I stayed 3 nights and our room was never once serviced (bed, towels, trash)! We left early and returned in evenings, did not use “Do not disturb” signs, and did see maids servicing other rooms. Breakfast “to go” was a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and a granola bar. There are many nearby hotels in the area, forget this one and choose another!!

Liked everything, nothing was negative.

Everything was nice. Only thing was there was no place to hang towels nor bathing suits. You can see where the towel hooks used to be on the door and where the clothes line used to be in the shower.

The rooms has a lot of ants . The pool is not clean.

Neither bad or great for a Best Western hotel. Good location, okay breakfast bags. Rooms sort of updated, clean. Close to restaurants.

We paid more for a room that had a jetted tub, and the jets did not work and the tub would not hold water for long. The side door would not accept anyone’s key to get in so you could only go Through the front. It was very clean and the morning staff was kind. The front desk clerk overnight was not helpful or friendly. I would stay again, but not pay extra for the room. It was close to all attractions in Williamsburg.

Location was easy access to area. Clean facility. Staff extremely friendly. Price was great.

Property convenient location. Staff need customer service training.

💪 no assistance needed thenstaff was great rooms was available

Pretty good service all-round, a very comfortable location close to various fun activities.
