Exceptional property and service

First night had room with adjoining room but could hear all conversations in the next room. I was moved to a more private quiet room the immediately the next morning

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff was extremely polite and accommodating

Only stayed one night. Loved the overall atmosphere and room. The check in experience was also great; I got upgraded for free!

We were in White Plains for a funeral and just needed a quiet comfortable homey place to relax and come home to....Ritz fit our needs to a tee. The hotel lobby restaurant was great for a late night drink and afternoon snack!

went for a one night getaway from NYC. first time at any Ritz and thought it would be "wow." it was not. the staff was above and beyond friendly, but the room was average at best. smudge marks on the furniture, carpet was stained, and comforter also had a stain. for the Ritz this is unacceptable. however, since we got a good deal it wasn't worth making a fuss. plus, the staff was excellent which helped make the experience better.

Great rooms and a thoughtful, wonderful, and courteous staff really make staying at the Ritz a pleasure. My girlfriend and I were in town for an event and the staff wrote a card thanking us for visiting and wishing us a good evening at our event. With the card they sent two cupcakes, which were delicious. The little things count, and you don't see attention to detail, or service like that anymore.

Stayed for an evening just to get away. Quick check in. Excellent room although view was of garage. Pool was nice. Room service was fantastic. Much needed rest ....fulfilled.

Beautiful room, great service, BOSE system did not work properly for music purposes. No hot tub; no jets in bathtub. Must call for service for everything, ex: ice; no fridge in room for personal use (only mini-bar). Ate at 42 - Amazing! Bed was supersoft. Staff @ drive-up valet parking almost too helpful - felt pressure to rush when checking in/leaving.

The staff was wonderful, the room quite beautiful, and the hotel's location was close to airport.

From the doormen to the servers, all was good. Hotel rooms were clean and stocked well.

We attended an anniversary party in Scarsdale so this location was perfect. We will also be going to a Bar Mitzvah there next year and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location, wonderful rooms, nice staff.

Absolutely Fantastic... We were treated with respect and even upgraded to a premium room. We stay at Ritz in Atlanta and Laguna Nigel. This is right up there. Our visit was very short one night only. We checked in at 9:30 PM and checked out at 6:00 AM. The ONLY complaint is we did not feel the $ 30.00 valet charge was worth it. It was very expensive for the eight and a half hours we were there.

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton for the NY Bar Exam. I was very stressed and found the Ritz to be incredibly relaxing. The staff was unbelievably friendly and did everything in their power to make my stay as nice as possible. I got a good deal on orbitz and I would definately stay there again should I need to stay in White Plains.

I was upgraded to a Suite. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Exquisite room and excellent restaurant.
